- Fonction - Quality
Protection of cold rolled steels to be welded. Applicable after sandblasting, shot blasting or degreasing. Temporary primary 18 months. Thermal resistance continuously from 150 to 350 °C and discontinuously at 650 ° C. Insensitive to water and steam. Adhesion primer on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
- Surface Preparation
The support must be suitably prepared: degreased and mechanical or chemical prepared. Do not use on greased, contaminated, rusty, damp, condensing or frozen substrates.
- Paint Préparation
Mix before use then add the suitable thinner under stirring ( linked to the support type to be protected). Make sure that the different constituents (base, thinner) are homogeneous. After thinning, we recommed you to pass the productt hrough a 190 μm filter.
- Application temperature
The temperature of the application cabin, the support and the paint must be between 15 and 30 ° C to obtain an application quality. The substrate temperature must be 3 ° C higher than the dew point temperature. The relative humidity must be less than 65%.
