Add water to mixing vessel.
Add remaining ingredients in Part A in order shown.
Premix ingredients in Part B and add to Par t A. Mix until lump free gel forms. Continue mixing while adding the ingredients in Part C.
Mix until Uniform. Add Citric Acid in increments to achieve specified pH.

Properties:

Appearance: Light -Amber liquid gel.
Odor: Characteristic of base.
pH: 5.5 - 6.5
Viscosity: @ 25°C: RVT: 750 - 950; Spindle 3, 20RPM.
Specific Gravity: @ 25°C: 0.97 - 1.02.
Solids %: 1.0 - 5.0.
Microbiology: Total Aerobic Microbial Count <10 cfu/g. Total combined Molds and Yeast Count <10cfu/g. Absence of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia col i and Salmonel la Species.
