Preliminary phases:
- Prepare a 25% solution of Andean QD Ultra in deionised water under cupboard.
- Phase C: Mix the ingredients until homogeneity.
Addition scheme:
- In main mixer add A1 to water and homogenize for 5’; then heat the phase to 40°C, then homogenize for 5’.
- Add A2 and heat to 80°C while homogenizing with turbine and blades. Sample and check homogeneity.
- Add A3 and homogenize for 10’. Then add A4 and homogenize for 5’ while starting to cool to room temperature. Check homogeneity.
- Add, in sequence, ingredients B and homogenize with turbine and blades under vacuum for 5’ after each addition.
- Add phase C and homogenize with turbine and blades under vacuum for 5’.
- Add, in sequence, ingredients D and mix with blades for 5’ after each addition. Take a sample for analytical controls.
