Preliminary phases:

  1. Prepare a 25% solution of Andean QD Ultra in deionised water under cupboard.
  2. Phase C: Mix the ingredients until homogeneity.

Addition scheme:

  1. In main mixer add A1 to water and homogenize for 5’; then heat the phase to 40°C, then homogenize for 5’.
  2. Add A2 and heat to 80°C while homogenizing with turbine and blades. Sample and check homogeneity.
  3. Add A3 and homogenize for 10’. Then add A4 and homogenize for 5’ while starting to cool to room temperature. Check homogeneity.
  4. Add, in sequence, ingredients B and homogenize with turbine and blades under vacuum for 5’ after each addition.
  5. Add phase C and homogenize with turbine and blades under vacuum for 5’.
  6. Add, in sequence, ingredients D and mix with blades for 5’ after each addition. Take a sample for analytical controls.
