Preliminary phases:
- Prepare a 25% solution of Andean QD Ultra in deionised water under cupboard.
- Phase D: Mix the ingredients until clear solution.
Addition scheme:
- In the main mixer, add ingredients A and mix until clear solution. Add A1 and homogenize for 5’; then heat to 40°C. At this temperature homogenize the phase for 5’. Then, heat the phase to 75°C while mixing with blades.
- In a side mixer add ingredients B and heat to 75°C until complete melting.
- Add Phase B to Phase(A+A1) while homogenizing with turbine and blades under vacuum. Keep such conditions for 5- 10'.
- Cool to 40°C and add, in sequence, C and phase D. Homogenize 5' under vacuum after each addition.
- Cool to room temperature, then add F and mix with blades for 5’ under vacuum. Take a sample for analytical controls.
