Preliminary phases:

  1. Prepare a 25% solution of Andean QD Ultra in deionised water under cupboard.
  2. Phase F: Mix the ingredients in water until clear solution.
  3. Phase G: Mix the ingredients until homogeneity.

Addition scheme:

  1. In the main mixer, add A ingredients and mix until clear solution. Add A1 while mixing with blades, under vacuum; then homogenize with both turbine and blades under vacuum for 10'. Heat to 75°C under vacuum. Sample and check homogeneity.
  2. In a side melting vessel add ingredients B and heat to 75°C until complete melt.
  3. Add slowly Phase B to Phase(A+A1) while homogenizing with turbine and blades under vacuum. Keep such conditions for 5-10'.
  4. Cool to 40°C and add ingredients C and D, while homogenizing for 5' under vacuum after each addition.
  5. Cool to 35°C then add ingredients E and phase F, while homogenizing for 5' under vacuum after each addition.
  6. Cool to room temperature, add phase G and mix with blades for 5’ under vacuum. Take a sample for analytical controls.
