- Add water to mixing vessel.
- Slowly add Mannan.
- Mix until lump free gel is formed.
- Continue mixing while adding the remaining ingredients in Part A in the order given and mix until uniform.
- Premix ingredients in Part B and heat to 55°C.
- Add Part C to Part B.
- Mix until clear and uniform.
- Add Part B/C to Part A and mix until uniform.
- Add Citric Acid in increments to achieve specified pH.
