Preliminary phases:

  1. Prepare a 25% solution of Andean QD Ultra in deionised water under cupboard.
  2. Phase E: Mix the ingredients until clear solution.

Addition scheme:

  1. Add ingredients A in the main mixer and mix until clear solution after each addition. Then, add A1 and homogenize with turbine and blades under vacuum for 10', then heat the phase to 65°C under vacuum. At this temperature, homogenize with turbine and blades under vacuum for 10'. Sample and check homogeneity.
  2. Add B and homogenize for 10’. Check homogeneity. Cool down to 35-40°C.
  3. Add, in sequence, C, D and phase E and mix with blades under vacuum for 5’ after each addition. Cool to RT. Take a sample for analytical controls.
