Preliminary Phases:
- Prepare a 25% solution of Andean QD Ultra in deionised water under cupboard.
- Phase D: Mix the ingredients until clear solution; if necessary heat the phase to 40°C.
Addition scheme:
- In the main mixer, add A1 to water while mixing with blades; then homogenize with turbine and blades under vacuum for 10'.
- Add ingredients A2 and mix, until solution, after each addition.
- Add A3, homogenize with turbine and blades under vacuum for 10', then heat the phase to 65°C under vacuum. At this temperature, homogenize with turbine and blades under vacuum for 10'. Sample and check homogeneity.
- Stop heating and add C, then mix for 5’ while starting to cool to room temperature.
- Add phase D and E while mixing with blades under vacuum for 5’ after each addition. Take a sample for analytical controls.
