- Products are produced under the jurisdiction of the FDA and are listed in the CFR-Title21 Subchapter B as "Food For Human Consumption" and are, therefore, classified as non-hazardous materials. As a result, these products are exempt from the 29 CFR 1910.1200 OSHA Hazardous Communication Standard; Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are not required.

- Desert Valley Date Reserves the right to change the processing and some specification of diced dates herein without notification.
- Unless specified in the item description or the specification herein, the country or origin of the raw dates may be sourced from countries outside the USA. However, all diced dates are processed and washed in the USA at a Desert Valley Date facility. If a specific country of origin is required, the request must be made in writing or outlined on the purchase order.

- Allergen Disclaimer
- Products containing Almonds and Coconut are processed and packed on separate production lines but are contained in the same facility.
- Coconut Flour may be processed and packed on the same line but never on at the same production run. Processing line is swabbed after cleaning to verify no allergens exist on the line.
- Gluten in Oat Flour is NOT defined as an allergen however Oat Flour is processed on the Oat Flours Processor’s equipment that also processes wheat Flour. The Gluten in wheat flour can be considered an allergen.
- Some non-standard items may require a minimum purchase orders quantity and result in longer lead times and may be subject to availability.
- Dextrose is derived from corn.
