Detroit Body Filler RO61-46 is a low viscosity product, which has been developed to fill a need for an adhesive that will flow from a 55-gallon drum and can be thickened to a heavy paste after the adhesive has been removed from the drum and before it is applied to the part. After mixing in the MEK Peroxide catalyst, the addition of a small amount of water will thicken RO61-46.

Detroit Body Filler 72100 is a fiberglass reinforced, polyester adhesive with an extended gel time. This material has excellent flow, spread, and hang characteristics and is also blister resistant. 72100 should be used where a bonding putty is required. Detroit Body Filler 60238-50 a non-flowing, pumpable adhesive. 60238-50 should be used for bonding, fairing, filling, and radius applications. This product is designed to have good vertical hang and stack abilities but maintains high flow volumes. 60238-50 is designed to provide a product with an eight-pound weight/gallon with excellent adhesive properties. Gel times can be varied for specific customer needs.

Detroit Body Filler 60139 is a non-flowing, pumpable, polyester adhesive with improved flow, spread, and hang characteristics. 60139 should be used where a bonding putty is required. It can also be used to the radius, fill or for fairing. 60139 excels in its adhesion qualities, fiberglass to fiberglass. 60139 flows very easily, which means lower air pressures can be used at the pump, and MEKP mixes in with ease, and yet, 60139 displays excellent vertical hang properties. 60139 also spreads and feathers smoothly. 60139 does not require flammable labels or segregation in storage as a flammable, because it has been independently tested to be a non-flammable solid. Gel times can be varied for specific needs.
