French Green Clay sometimes traded as Sea Clay is by far the most majestic, most effective, and most commonly used mineral skin clays found throughout our global community. French Green Clay (aka Illite clay or Sea clay) contains a cornucopia of valuable elements, which include Montmorillonite, several important mineral oxides, magnesium, calcium, potassium dolomite, silica, manganese, phosphorous, silicon, copper and selenium. Green clay owes its coloration to 2 very important factors, which ultimately decide good quality clay from poor quality clay. There are iron oxides, and decomposed plant matter, mostly kelp seaweed and other algae. The natural green tones found in this luxurious clay are from the very cycles of life this earth uses to regenerate itself. The clay works by adsorbing impurities from the skin cells, by causing dead cells to slough off and by stimulating the flow of blood to epidermis. As the clay dries on the skin, it causes the pores to tighten and the skin to feel firm. Other external uses for the French Green Clay include poultices to treat arthritis, sore muscles, and sprains, bruises, insect bites, stings and minor burn and mineral baths. Some practitioners maintain that the plant matter in the French green clay has anti-inflammatory as well as antiseptic or bactericidal properties. French Green Clay masks should be used only once a week because the clay tends to dry the skin. The French Green Clay is not recommended for naturally dry or sensitive skins. DL® HA Powder 100% is a high molecular weight Sodium Hyaluronate (1.8 – 2.2 million daltons). This is one of the most powerful moisturizer and humectants known so far, provides smoothness and softening to the skin, excellent anti-wrinkle effects, promotes growth of new skin cells after peelings, and supports wound healing. Sodium hyaluronate is a high molecular weight polymer with strong lubricating and film forming properties. When it is smeared on the skin it can form a film and make the skin feel lubricated. Film formed on the surface of the hair can moisturize and lubricate the hair and eliminate static electricity. The hair becomes soft and easy to comb.

Rhassoul clay, found only deep beneath the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, has been used for over 1,400 years as a natural beauty treatment for skin. To first look at this reddish brown cosmetic clay you would not think it was anything spectacular, but looks can be deceiving. This clay is a smectic (or swelling) clay, which means that it’s extremely absorbent – much more so than other other cosmetic clays. In fact, it’s made up of three layers with a water layer sandwiched in between. This clay has a unique ability to absorb tremendous amounts of water, which makes it ideal for cleansing and detoxifying the skin. Further, Rhassoul clay contains higher percentages of silica, magnesium, potassium, calcium and other trace minerals than other clays. These minerals make the clay highly detoxifying as they can actually exchange themselves for toxic compounds like metals in the skin. So the clay not only works to remove impurities from your skin, it also replaces them with nourishing trace minerals. Rhassoul clay can be used as a soap, skin conditioner, shampoo or mask for the face and body. It acts like a soap but leaves a sweet scent behind. After clinical studies have been conducted it was found that after a single use, there was less dryness, less flakiness, improved skin clarity, elasticity and firmness, improved skin texture, less surface oil and smoother skin. In short, Rhassoul clay is a superior compound for removing oil and impurities from the skin and hair. It doesn’t contain any petrochemical derivatives and no synthetic preservatives, no surfactant or artificial colors. The clay’s high level of ions exchange makes it ideal for toning and enriching the skin. Rhassoul clay is brown, chunky soap-like clay. Micronized Rhassoul Clay is well suited for more delicate applications like facial masks.

DL® Firming Complex ECO is a blend of synergistic natural extracts designed to rebuild and protect the fragil skin architecture form the inside out. Standardized extracts from Echinacea Angustifolia (Ursolic Acid) and Centella Asiatica (Asiatic Acid) are incorporated into an advanced delivery system. DL® Firming Complex ECO up-regulates the production of elastin and pro-collagen. Each of these proteins are involved in dermal matrix stability, and decrease or are damaged during aging. In addition, the synthesis of dermal MMPs are down-regulated. DL® Firming Complex ECO also reduces dermal protein glycation due to UV and any inflammatory reaction. These molecular changes result in structural and functional changes in both the epidermis and dermis. The visible results of these changes are improved skin firmness, reduced skin sagging, a reduction of both superficial and deeper wrinkles, and overall, a younger looking skin.
