Security Floor® Sanitizer is an EPA-registered dry sanitizer product. This product kills bacteria via oxidation and is a proven and effective tool for Listeria control. Security Floor® Sanitizer is the only dry sanitizer for entryways, drains, and floors. When activated, our product generates hydrogen peroxide and a small amount of chlorine to accelerate activity. Therefore, it is excellent for disinfecting many different areas where cleaning and sanitizing are a concern.

DeVere Chemical Sterox is a non-foaming, chlorine-free, alkaline powder containing active oxygen, phosphates, and additives. It is formulated for use in breweries, wineries, and food processing plants for cleaning, bleaching & deodorizing tanks, equipment, and production area.

DeVere Chemical Caustic HT Powder excels in deep fat fryer cleaning as well as circulation and boil-out operations on high-temperature processing equipment in the dairy and food processing industries. Caustic HT Powder does not contain chlorine and is designed for challenging applications where high alkalinity is needed or desirable. This product will clean tough protein and burnt-on soils while handling any water hardness level and heavy saturated soils. This product is free-rinsing with normal water rinses.

Food Equipment Cleaner removes almost anything from any food contact surface.

DeVere Chemical Creme Cleanser is excellent for removing stubborn spots, build-ups, scuffs, grease, rubber marks, and soap scum. Use on porcelain, ceramic, stainless steel, chrome, Formica, fiberglass, and other surfaces. Creme Cleanser removes filth commonly associated with tubs, showers, sinks, tile, and grout without harming drain pipes.

DeVere Chemical Thaw and Wash is a freezer floor and surface cleaner that will wash away soils down to -22°F (-30°C). Our product contains non-flammable ethylene glycol (antifreeze) and works with a mop, spray and wipe, and floor scrubber applications. Thaw and wash will clean road grime and soil off fuel pumps, trash cans, and other external surfaces, even during sub-freezing temperatures. Just spray and wipe for all spot cleaning. Our freezer floor and surface cleaner break through and melt ice when applied, targeting soils for easy removal. There is no need to defrost the freezer to deep-clean with Thaw and Wash. Thaw and Wash is also phosphate-free.

DeVere Chemical Steady Flow (SF) is a concentrated Bio-enzymatic liquid drain opener for use in grease traps, sink drains, garbage disposals, shower stalls and bathtubs, holding tanks, portable toilets and outhouses, septic tanks and tile fields. SF contains living bacteria that naturally digest unwanted solids such as grease, fats, proteins, carbohydrates and sugars. SF quickly eliminates offensive odors by destroying the source.

DeVere Chemical Degrease Powder is a concentrated, degreasing alkaline detergent that produces a moderate foam. Our powder degreaser dissolves in fats, oils, and grease, creating an emulsion. This emulsion then easily rinses away with water. No scrubbing or scraping is required for this product. Degrease Powder can also be dissolved in water to make a powerful liquid degreaser that can be used to clean greasy, oily buildup in kitchens, garages, cars, and places where there is grease.

QDII is EPA registered as a food-contact sanitizer and a general-purpose hard and soft surface sanitizer. Our concentrated sanitizer will kill most viruses and bacteria, including Human Coronavirus, Avian Influenza A, H1N1 (“Swine Flu”), Hepatitis B, HIV-1, MRSA, Norovirus, Herpes (types 1 and 2), and Hong Kong Virus (Influenza A2). This 10% active, 4th-generation quaternary ammonium chloride is labeled for use in laundry machines and acts as a fabric softener.

DeVere Chemical Rinse Rite Low Suds (RRLS) is a concentrated, low-foaming rinse aid for use in commercial dishwashers. RRLS contains a unique blend of wetting agents that causes water to sheet off dinnerware, utensils and glasses - reducing drying time and eliminating water spots. RRLS is formulated for use in high- and lowtemperature dishwashers. For optimal results, use a water softener.

DeVere Chemical PS Drain Opener is a professional strength drain opener formulated for commercial and institutional use. Our drain opener will flow through standing water to quickly and effectively unclog stopped drains and improve flow through slow drains. PS Drain Opener is safe on standard and plastic pipes, septic systems, and garbage disposals.

DeVere Chemical Citrus All Purpose Cleaner is a concentrated, alkaline cleaner and degreaser for washable hard surfaces such as counters, doors, walls, restroom fixtures, and no-wax floors. This product cleans all washable hard surfaces, and is safe to use on most floors including sealed concrete, asphalt, tile, cork, concrete, rubber, vinyl, linoleum, terrazzo, ceramic, and quarry tile. Citrus contains natural citrus solvent for extra grease and soil cutting power. Citrus is an economical concentrate formulated for dilution with water. For general cleaning, use only 4 ounces in a spray bottle or mop bucket.

DeVere Chemical Dish Detergent (DD) is a concentrated, environmentally-friendly detergent for manually washing pots, pans, utensils, glassware and dishware. DD pulls heavy grease off pots and pans yet is gentle on hands. DD provides long-lasting suds and works in both hard and soft water.

DeVere Chemical WOW All Purpose Cleaner (WOW) is a concentrated, all-purpose cleaner for demanding cleaning jobs on all washable hard surfaces. Our alkaline-based all-purpose cleaner is safe to use on most floors and is one of the few products that removes black heel marks. WOW may also be used as a flatware presoak, laundry presoak, and can be used in fuel island windshield wash buckets. C-Clear cleans quickly and leaves no film. It will clean marker, crayon and a variety of other hard-to-remove soils from glass and will not streak.

DeVere Chemical Beer Coil Cleaner (BCC) is a concentrated, low-foaming, alkaline cleaner for beer coils, rods, taps, faucets, kegs, and pumps. BCC can be used with high pressure or direct draw equipment. BCC contains no chlorine.

DeVere Chemical De-Lime Concentrate is an ultra-concentrated organic and mineral acid blend designed for use as a dishwasher de-limer, humidifier cleaner, and general lime-scale remover. Use this product to remove minerals (AKA rust, lime, and/or scale) from chemical-resistant surfaces like stainless steel, glass, and porcelain. Do not use DLC on nickel-plated evaporators, aluminum, or other soft metals.

DeVere Chemical Tile & Grout Degreaser (TGD) is a concentrated, reduced slip floor cleaner for tile and grout. TGD combines new generation enzymes with detergent to remove food and grease soils and inhibit re-deposition. TGD's enzymes continue to work after cleaning which results in fewer odors and safer, less slippery floors.

DeVere Chemical Liquid Cleaner (LC) is a concentrated, pH-neutral cleaner for washable hard surfaces and all types of floors. It will not dull floor finishes even when used on a daily basis and is excellent for hand washing automobiles as it contains no harsh chemicals. LC is free-rinsing, leaves no film, and has a pleasant scent. It may even be used as a fruit and vegetable wash.

DeVere Chemical Oven & Grill Cleaner is a fast-working cleaner that is ideal for warm or cold ovens, grills, frying pans, cast iron pots, pans, rotisseries, oven hoods, drip pans and many more surfaces. This product quickly penetrates and emulsifies grease for easy removal. Oven & Grill Cleaner was created to remove the build-up on ovens and grills.

DeVere Chemical Sanitizer Concentrate is a multi-purpose, EPA registered 12.5% chlorine bleach. This product contains the highest concentration of sodium hypochlorite available in an industrial bleach sanitizer.

DeVere Chemical Window Cleaner Concentrate (WCC) is an ultra-concentrated cleaner that cleans glass, windows, mirrors, fixtures, chrome, and other hard surfaces safely. WCC is quick-drying, leaves no film, and contains a small amount of ammonia to leave a streak-free shine. WCC cleans windshields even in cold weather as it works below 32ᵒ F. Window Cleaner Concentrate is the most economical concentrate available.

DeVere Chemical Instant Action Foaming Cleaner and Disinfectant is a dual-action aerosol solution that cleans and disinfects in one step. Use this product to clean and deodorize all hard, nonporous washable household surfaces such as bathtubs, sinks, toilet bowl seats, etc.

DeVere Chemical Lime Solvent Low Suds is a specially formulated acidic detergent and lime remover for use with electric glass washers, ice machines and other places where low foam is desirable. This product is also a first tank detergent that has several advantages over using household dishwashing liquids.

DeVere Chemical Grease Lift is an alkaline degreasing cleaner that is useful for cleaning tough, burnt-on soils from hoods, vents, ovens, stoves, grills, and other stainless steel and ceramic surfaces.

DeVere Chemical Heads Up 10 is an EPA Registered cleaner/disinfectant/sanitizer for use in areas where mineral soils are a challenge. This product leaves behind a shiny, mineral free surface when used in food plants, farms or in the third sink in bars. Heads Up 10 produces a low to moderate foam and is appropriate for use in CIP, COP and manual cleaning applications where this level of foam is desirable.
