Applications & Uses
- Application
- DOX-S is used in tires and in products made of rubber, eg in conveyor belts, O-rings, hoses, washers, seals, wiper blades, to ensure long-term protection.
- DOX-S is a permanent antiozonant, powerful antioxidant and anti-cracking agent against multiple crush for many natural and synthetic elastomers.
- DOX-S, compared to other p-phenylenediamines, due to the content of additional alkylaromatic substituents in the structure of 6PPD, is less susceptible to migration and elution from the products it consists of.
