- TR81160 may either be added directly to your engine cooling system or as a premixed solution using softened makeup water for dilution.
- The normal recommended treatment level of TR81160 is 2 fluid ounces per gallon of cooling system capacity. This gives a conductivity of approximately 3400µS/cm above that of the makeup water.
- To ensure adequate inhibitor levels, sodium nitrite levels should be maintained between about 1500 and 2250 ppm as NaNO2.
