Product Properties
  • Can be diluted with water, environmentally friendly, very easy to use, good flow, diffusible against driving rain, regulates moisture in the system, dries quickly, very good adhesion, direct adhesion to aluminum and galvanized substrates (e.g. gutters), secure edge covering, permanently elastic, non-marking, insensitive to dirt.
  • Block- resistant in the system structure with Delta® long-term glaze 5.04.

Purpose of Use
  • Weather-resistant protective coating for all wooden components with limited dimensional stability such as roof undersides, facade boarding, wooden railings, window shutters, half-timbered beams, etc. and for dimensionally stable components such as windows and external doors in the system structure with Delta® Weather Protection plus 7.01, Delta® Long-Term Glaze 5.04 and Delta® Activ Glaze 5.11.
  • Special adhesion promoter as a covering, tinting primer and intermediate coat for the economical repair of weathered wooden surfaces.
  • Also suitable for coating connection components made of zinc and aluminum in the facade area, such as gutters or downpipes.

  • *When coating wood outdoors that is rich in ingredients, an additional primer coat of Delta® Isolating Primer plus 7.02 should first be applied, especially when using light colors or white. Alternatively, Delta® Kombigrund 7.03 can be used.
  • **The intermediate coats are a requirement item, which subsurface and / or depends on the hue.

When coating wooden panels (facings, etc.), spalling in the tongue and groove area due to dimensional changes in the wood cannot be ruled out. This applies to all film-forming paints.
