Deocoat 4000 is a fine particle size, cross-linked polymer made of butyl acrylic resin for paints and coatings. The polymerized spheres are soft and solvent resistant. Deocoat 4000 offers several properties to surfaces like abrasion and scratch resistance, soft texture coating, dry lubricant feel and matt coating.
Typical dosage:
- As matting agent around 1 - 3 %
- As softtouch additive around 8 - 15 %
