Due to their aromatic structure, C9 hydrocarbon resins are more compatible with polar elastomers than a C5 resin.

In mineral-filled systems, the coupling function of Deolink Epoxy TE / TE 50 DL leads to improved physical properties and better dispersion. Deolink Epoxy TE / TE 50 DL do not form toxic methoxyethanol and will not cause yellowing effects.

Deolink Amino TE 50 DL is a 50% preparation of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane. The powder form allows comfortable dosing in continuous mixing and for processing thermoplastic materials. In highly loaded flame retardant compounds (e.g. compounds with ATH), Deolink Amino TE 50 DL improves the physical properties and optimizes the processing characteristic.

Deolink MX is a 50% preparation of Thiocarboxylsilane on a polymer carrier system. The bifunctional sulfur silane is compatible with all elastomers that are suitable for sulfur vulcanization. Deolink MX can be used over a broad temperature range and is – at low dumping temperatures – often more active than conventional TESPT. Deolink MX contains a hindered mercapto group and can be used as an alternative to conventional mercaptosilanes. The protective group is removed during processing, thus releasing the mercaptosilane. Using Deolink MX improves the processing by creating higher scorch safety and preventing the typical mercapto odor. The improved processing leads to higher injection volumes and safer processing.

Deotack P is a polyether plasticiser mainly for use in polar elastomers, e.g. in NBR and CR. Deotack P increases building tack of compounds with low own tack. Deotack P facilitates processing of synthetic rubber compounds, and provides a better dispersion of carbon black and light active fillers.
