Recommended for OEM, heavy equipment, marine and industrial structures where solvent and abrasion resistance is required.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces that are to be coated must be clean, dry and free of surface contaminants.
MIXING

DrewShield II Acrylic Polyurethane 6 Parts

DrewShield Polyurethane Catalyst 1 Parts

If necessary: Thin up to 35% with DrewShield Polyurethane Thinner

THINNING

Do not exceed regulatory limits

Brush/Roll – Not normally required, recommended no more than 10% reduction with 8056 Urethane Reducer.

Airless Spray – If required 5-10% of 8059 Urethane Spray Reducer (½ pint per gallon)

Conventional – Reduce up to 20% or as needed with 8056 Urethane Spray Reducer.

APPLICATION

Airless – recommended tip sizes (.015-.018)

Conventional – Binks Model 2001 or equivalent

HVLP – Binks Model Mach 1

Brush/Roll – Small areas only
