- Staybelite Ester 5 resin is a pale, thermoplastic rosin with excellent resistance to oxidation and discoloration. Its principal use is in chewing gum bases where it imparts masticatory properties in combination with polymers and other ingredients.
- The oxidation resistance of Staybelite Ester 5 resin helps finished chewing gums retain chewability, consistency, and flavor throughout their shelf lives.
