- Chemical structure and synergistic interaction with antipyrene fillers, the resin acquires excellent thermal and chemical resistance combined with fire-retarding properties.
- High filler loading capacity of the resin and good quality of the fiberglass material impregnation maintain low content of volatile substances in the resin, and consequently, low emission of styrene.
- Due to low peak exotherm the resin demonstrates minimum shrinkage properties.
- The products, manufactured on the basis of this resin, retain their stable physical and mechanical properties under conditions of elevated temperatures and aggressive environment due to the resin high crosslink density.
- Ideal for manufacture of gas ducts and fume ducts, vent hoods, operated and maintained in conditions of aggressive environments and high temperatures. Manufacture of various products, such as interior trim of transports, as well as production of load-bearing structures of road, rail and electric transports
- Used for manufacture of gas ducts, vent hoods, operating in conditions of aggressive environments and high temperatures, elements of exterior decoration, interior trim in railway and automobile transport.
Application Method: Hand lay up molding. The reduced viscosity version is designed for the RTM technologies.
