Duratherm FG is a rated for use up to 327°C (620°F) it’s engineered and manufactured to comply with the demands of food grade applications ranging from food processing and packaging to pharmaceutical and more.

Duratherm 450FG is a rated for use up to 232ºC (450ºF) and ideal for applications such as blow molding, injection molding or any application where lower working temperatures are required or for applications requiring both heating and cooling cycles between between -25°C and 232°C (-12°F and 450°F). Duratherm 450FG meets USDA requirements for incidental food contact, is NSF registered HT1, and meets the requirements of 21CFR1783570.

Duratherm HF-FG is an engineered specifically to satisfy the needs of industry and insurance officials who recommend operating systems at temperatures below the heat transfer fluid’s flash point. Duratherm HF-FG has one of the industry’s highest flash points at 276˚C (530˚F) and meets USDA requirements for incidental food contact, is NSF registered HT1, and meets the requirements of 21CFR1783570.

INTERCOOL P-300 is chemically engineered using organic and inorganic inhibitors for corrosion protection in a propylene glycol base and used as an industrial heat transfer fluid. Best suited for applications with operating temperatures in the -51°C (-60°F) to 149°C (300°F) range.

Duratherm XLT-50 is an engineered for long term operation in heat transfer applications requiring precise temperature control ranging from -45°C (-50°F) up to 121°C (250°F). Duratherm XLT-50’s economic cost and wide operating temperature also makes it well suited for heating and cooling applications found in the food processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries etc.

INTERCOOL OP-100 is chemically engineered using organic and inorganic inhibitors for corrosion protection in an ethylene glycol base and used as an industrial heat transfer fluid. Best suited for applications with operating temperatures in the -51°C (-60°F) to 149°C (300°F) range.

Duratherm 600 is an oxidative and thermally stable heat transfer fluid (thermal oil) rated to 315˚C (600˚F). Long lasting and environmentally friendly it offers precise temperature control at an economical cost.
