All our ingredients are based on plant-based co-products from the food industry. In our own factory in the Netherlands these co-products are processed using residual heat. Therefore our ingredients have a lower carbon footprint. We can reduce the environmental impact for both suppliers and customers, while having a positive impact on planet, people and pets.

All our potato, vegetables, sugar beet and chicory ingredients are natural, GMO free and gluten free. Because of our own production, our ingredients have stable properties and a consistent high quality. We ensure pet food manufacturers production continuity.

ChicoFibre Pellet is a co-product of the inulin production process. Chicory roots are cut in small strips and then washed with warm water. During the process inulin is extracted and the remaining pulp is pressed, dried and pelleted.

Corn gluten meal is a protein rich product, produced during the wet milling of maize to produce corn starch, glucose syrups or other starch derivates. The starch, germ and bran are removed from the maize kernel and what remains is a protein rich product. Can be used to partly replace animal-based proteins like fishmeal in aquafeed.

Spinach powder is a product obtained from fresh, washed, and sorted spinach. The spinach is dehydrated with hot air. After dehydration the spinach is sieved, milled and packed.

Cornsteep (concentrated Corn Steep Liquor) is a co-product produced during the processing of corn into starch, gluten and oil. The liquid in which the maize kernel is steeped, is separated, concentrated and dried. Cornsteep contains the soluble fraction of the maize kernel like soluble proteins and minerals. Cornsteep dry is the same product but dried.

Sweet potato pellets originates from whole sweet potato. The sweet potatoes are washed, sliced, air dried and pelletized.

PotaStarch Native is a co-product released during the slicing process of food grade potatoes. The starch gets into the process water and is collected, washed, purified and then air dried.

Green bean granulate originates from green beans for the food industry. It’s a co-product released during the processing of food grade green beans. The off-sized shapes are separated and collected. Then sliced, air dried and ground over a 4mm sieve.

Dehydrated broccoli is a product obtained from fresh, washed and sorted broccoli. The raw material is blanched and cut before dehydration. The raw material is dehydrated mechanically with hot air and in hygienic environment. After dehydration broccoli pieces are sieved, sorted, milled and packed. The product contains 100% pure dehydrated broccoli without any additives.

ChicoPure is the dried whole chicory root. Directly after harvesting, the roots are washed, sliced, dried and ground. All the nutrients which are present in the original roots are present in ChicoPure.
