Dynamic Modifiers Flame Retardant for Polyester is new environmentally sustainable, nontoxic and proprietary flame-retardant compounds andconcentrates are designed for use in polyester fibers, tapes, monofilaments and films. Specifically, it canbe formulated with a number of different polyester carrier resins including PET, PBT, even PTT. Thisflame retardant is halogen free. It does not contain antimony or any heavy metals. It has a higher level ofphosphorous than that found in other flame retardants of a similar chemistry. The flame retardant in thesecompounds and concentrate is very heat stable and melt blendable making it an ideal flame retardant forfiber and film applications. It is not known to impart color or odor to the polyester in which it is used.Listed below are a few of the more common specifications for this flame-retardant composition. Dynamic Modifiers Anti-Stat (I) Concentrate for Polypropylene is composed of a proprietary formulation to be used as a surface modifier thermoplastic concentrate for use in polypropylene films, thick-gage and fiber applications. Producing polypropylene parts using this concentrate will result in improved static dissipation on and throughout the polypropylene part.

PAL® compounds are environmentally sustainable, 100% recyclable, olefin based alternative used to replace melt extruded flexible PVC. When PAL compounds are used in place of flexible PVC, they approximate the look and feel of flexible PVC but are completely 100% PVC free.

VersaCHAR™ Olefin Compounds compounds are the latest non-halogenated, non-heavy metal solution to impart the highest degrees of flame retardancy achievable with polyolefins (Olefins). This line of flame retardant compounds incorporate a char forming additive formulation. VersaCHAR compounds have been found to be extremely effective yielding test performance results meeting and exceeding UL-94 V-0 and FAR 25-853 Appendix F.

This flame retardant is halogen free, does not contain antimony or any heavy metals. The flameretardant system in this concentrate is not known to impart color or odor or have a significant impact on themechanical properties when used at recommended levels to flame retard Ingeo PLA.
