Earthwork Stuff Replenish 5-4-5 Green Grade is an organic and mineral based soil and plant food and is the “Flagship” of the EarthWorks product line. Replenish 5-4-5 is an all-purpose formulated with our organic poultry compost that can be used for any turf or ornamental application without fear of burn or salt build up. This product is a 50% water insoluble nitrogen (WIN) fertilizer that can provide long term feeding.

USE INSTRUCTIONS

Apply 10 lbs of 5-4-5 per 100 sq. ft or turf area will equal 12 lb of nitrogen per 1000 sq. ft. Apply Accordingly. Effective for planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, ornamental plantings, flowers, and vegetable gardens.

Do not apply near water, storm drains, or drainage ditches. Do not apply if heavy rains are expected.

Apply this product only to your lawn/garden, and sweep any product that lands on the driveway, sidewalk, or street, back onto your lawn/garden
