- EATOILS™ BT200™ cleans right down into the pores of hard surfaces to ‘eat out’ the stain and clean away any oil or grease residue. It will clean out any oil and grease, including industrial, marine, and truck oils - even hydraulic fluid.

- BT200™ is an excellent cleaning agent and hydrocarbon bioremediation product. BT200™ has many uses:- Concentrated: for heavy, aged oil stains, and to clean up hydrocarbon stains on gravel, soil, etc.
- BT200™ uses non-stop microbial cleaning action – It keeps on working long after you're done, deep cleaning for up to 72 hours.
- Diluted with water 3:1 for spill clean up, drive-thru areas, 5:1 for fresh oil stains on freshly sealed pavement, tool clean up, & parts cleaning in a parts washer, 64:1 for general purpose cleaning.

- Uses
BT200 Removes Oil Stains On Concrete & Pavers
BT200™ for oil and grease stains on outdoor concrete and pavers. This is an actual before and after photo of a truck fuelling station where our client used BT200™ on the concrete fuelling area to remove oil stains from concrete.
- Wet the area,
- Use BT200™ & hot water (2:1) apply mixture with pump-up sprayer in a thin film,
- Brush with a stiff “street broom” and get a lather working,
- Wait at least 20 minutes,
- Brush again to loosen any residual oils,
- If there is no discoloration of the lather < if it is white> Do not rinse* see below) [if the lather is brown, power-wash with a surface cleaner – 2000 PSI – to remove oils that your scrubbing has released*],
- Verify that you have no free oil residue (there will be no oily rainbow on the surface of the water),
- Spray residual stains with a thin film of mixture and allow to air dry. The microbes in the product will continue to clean and break down the stain for the next 72 hours!
- Repeat step 8 every 4 - 7 days until the stain is faded to your satisfaction. The age and composition of the stain will determine how long it takes to completely fade away the stain.
BT200 Removes Oil Stains On Asphalt
BT200™ is ideal for removing oil and grease stains on asphalt. Typical spills include Hydraulic fluid, oil pan drips, undercoating(rustproofing), and other fluids from cars and trucks. Since asphalt or pavement is comprised of stones held together with an oil based binder it can be very difficult to remove staining once it has penetrated the surface. EATOILS BT200™ can remove unwanted organic hydrocarbon materials and help to maintain the integrity of the asphalt. EATOILS™ BT200™ cleans into the pores of hard surfaces to ‘eat out’ the stain and clean away oil or grease residue. If you have a really difficult stain, just spray it with BT200™ and walk away. It will keep working for days to digest and clean that stain. Older stains may require additional treatments and stains on asphalt will take multiple treatments, once a week, over 1.5 - 2 months to fully fade the stains away.
BT200 For Soft And Porous Stone
BT200 Removes & Prevents Mold & Mildew
BT200™ will also work well to remove oils & mildew from soft Austin stone as shown above, Austin stone is a very porous material and mold & mildew can easily penetrate the pores of the stone and cause discoloration. You need to be very careful when cleaning soft and porous stone as you don't want to damage the finish and any pressure(psi) can easily harm the finish.

BT200 For General Cleaning
EATOILS™ BT200™ is great for general cleaning. You can use it on most surfaces including walls, floors, doors, you name it and EATOILS™ BT200™ will clean it. For general cleaning you can use it at 2 oz./gal(20 ml/L) – just spray or wipe it on and wait for 20 minutes then wipe again – for tougher deposits use a soft bristle brush for best results.
