Many treatment products are too weak to be effective. We’ve tested most grease trap products and found that the concentration of active ingredients in MANY formulas is too low to actually make a difference. If you aren’t applying enough active ingredients to your system it will require more frequent pumping, odors can be a problem, and your drains can get clogged.

SUPERSEP For Grease Trap Treatment
SUPERSEP™ is ideal for treating and maintaining grease traps in all types of food processing and restaurant facilities. Equally effective in small and large facilities, SUPERSEP™ can be added manually or automatically fed by timed device to provide efficient grease trap management. Typical results yield up to 80% reduction in clean-out costs and help to prevent overflow and odor due to back-ups.
DOSAGE: 10 oz. per day in a smaller restaurant or diner, 18 - 20 oz. per day in a fast-food restaurant (500+ gal grease trap), 32 - 40 oz per day in a hotel or hospital.
SUPERSEP For Sugar Snake
SUPERSEP™ is ideal for reducing and managing sugar snake in soda fountains. What is sugar snake? Sugar snake is a colony of semi-rigid microbes that builds in response to constant drainage of sugars from the soda fountain. Over time the sugar snake builds in size to the point where it actually clogs the drain and you need to pull it out with a pair of pliers. Once the sugar snake is removed, you can maintain the drain by adding a small amount of SUPERSEP™ to the drain(4 - 8 oz.) on a daily basis. The SUPERSEP™ will eliminate the excess sugar without the side effects of creating an obstruction in the drain line. This product is ideal for busy bars and restaurants with heavy soda fountain usage.
