Ecologix Environmental Systems PTB-25

Ecologix Environmental Systems PTB-25 is a non-toxic precipitant of heavy metals designed to replace traditional DTC chemistry. Testing shows its ability to bind and precipitate heavy metals can be more effective than DTC at similar dosages, and is much safer to aquatic organisms than carbamate chemistry. Along with PTB-6, the PTB-25 blend is frequently used to extract precious metals and industrial metals from water. Common target metals include gold (Au), silver (Ag), palladium (Pd), platinum (Pt), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), mercury (Hg) and others.
