EC Duro-Bond

Duro-Bond Polypropylene is a laminated sheet of polypropylene and natural rubber that forms an excellent chemically resistant membrane that is readily bonded to steel, concrete, or FRP substrates.

Duro-Bond Polypropylene

Duro-Bond Neoprene is an elastomeric sheet lining having good abrasion and chemical resistance. It is available either as a precured lining or as an uncured lining that must be vulcanized with steam or hot air before it can be used. Sheet thicknesses of 60 mils (1.1 mm), 120 mils (2.3 mm), 150 mils (3.4 mm), and 180 mils (4.6 mm) are available.

Duro-Bond FEP is a chemical resistant membrane utilizing a fluoroethylenepropylene (FEP) resin.

Duro-Bond PTFE-M is a chemical resistant membrane based on a modified polytetrafluoroethylene resin that is melt flow processible.

Duro-Bond PVC Lining is a flexible lining material of extruded plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) specifically developed for corrosion resistance and adhesive bonding to metals, concrete, and FRP. PVC is a thermoplastic resin that is melt flow processible.

Duro-Bond PFA is a chemical resistant membrane produced from the copolymerization of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkoxy resin.

Duro-Bond E-CTFE is a laminated sheet lining consisting of a layer of Ethylene Chlorotetrafluoroethylene (E-CTFE) resin laminated to a fabric or vulcanized soft rubber backing that is readily bonded to steel, concrete, or FRP substrates.

Electro Chemical Engineering EC Duro-Bond Chlorobutyl is an uncured chlorobutyl elastomer applied in sheet form and vulcanized after application using exhaust steam. Sheet thicknesses of 120 mils (2.3 mm), 150 mils (3.4 mm), and 180 mils (4.6 mm) are available.
