  1. Using vigorous agitation mix PART A for 20 minutes.
  2. Add PART B and heat to 80°C.
  3. In a separate vessel, combine PART C and heat to 80°C.
  4. Add PART C to PART A+B.
  5. Cool to 35°C and package.
