- Charge Phase A into a main vessel and heat to 50-60°C.
- Add Phase B and mix well until clear.
- Stop heating and continue cool the batch to 40-35°C with slow share.
- Premix Phase C and add it to the batch.
- Add Phase D in the given order, then add Phase E to adjust viscosity.
- Appearance for formula with MEADOWQUAT® HG-70: Translucent viscous fluid.
- pH: 6.5
