  1. Mix PART A thoroughly, mixing with medium to high shear for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix PART B using a silverson homogeniser and heat to 75-80°C.
  3. Combine PART C and PART A, and heat to 75-80°C.
  4. Using high shear mixing (e.g. silverson homogeniser), add PART B to PART A+C and continue to homogenise.
  5. At approximately 50°C transfer to a propeller stirrer.
  6. At 35°C add PART D with stirring.
