- Mix PART A thoroughly, mixing with medium to high shear for 20 minutes.
- Mix PART B using a silverson homogeniser and heat to 75-80°C.
- Combine PART C and PART A, and heat to 75-80°C.
- Using high shear mixing (e.g. silverson homogeniser), add PART B to PART A+C and continue to homogenise.
- At approximately 50°C transfer to a propeller stirrer.
- At 35°C add PART D with stirring.
