- Heat Phase A to 70°C.
- Add Phase B and mix well. Maintain the temperature at 65-70°C for 5 minutes.
- Stop the heat and add Phase C. Mix well until uniform.
- Cool to 45-50°C.
- Add Phase D and continue mixing and cooling.
- Adjust the viscositiy with Phase E.
