- Premix the PART A with propeller stirring.
- Prepare PART B by mixing with medium to high shear for 20 minutes.
- Add PART A to PART B and heat to 75-80°C.
- Heat PART C together to 75-80°C.
- Add PART C to PART A+B and mix with a silverson homogeniser. Continue to mix until fully homogeneous.
- Transfer to a propeller stirrer and commence cooling.
- At 35°C add PART D and mix until homogeneous.
