- HAR Series Properties/Injection Molding Information
Injection Molding Most olefin plastic machines can be used for injection molding Compression Ratio 2.4 and higher Cylinder Temperature (Feed Zone) 180-190 °C Cylinder Temperature (Center Zone) 185-200 °C Cylinder Temperature (Front Zone) 195-205 °C Cylinder Temperature (Nozzle) 200-220 °C Mold Temperature 30-50 °C Injection Pressure 30-50 kg/cm2 Injection Rate Moderate Hold Time 5 sec. Screw Speed Medium Back Pressure 5-10 kg/cm2 Cycle Time (Goods material thickness under 2 mm) 15-30 sec. Please adjust the injection molding temperature based on the product size and mold structure around 180 °C to 220 °C during processing, but not exceeding 240 °C.
