- HAR Series Properties/Injection Molding Information
Injection Molding Most olefin plastic machines can be used for injection molding Compression Ratio 2.4 and higher Cylinder Temperature (Feed Zone) 240-255 °C Cylinder Temperature (Center Zone) 250-265 °C Cylinder Temperature (Front Zone) 255-265 °C Cylinder Temperature (Nozzle) 260-270 °C Mold Temperature 25-40 °C Injection Pressure 45-60 kg/cm2 Injection Rate Moderate Hold Time 5 sec. Screw Speed Medium Back Pressure 5-10 kg/cm2 Cycle Time (Goods material thickness under 2 mm) 15-25 sec. Please adjust the injection molding temperature based on the product size and mold structure around 240 °C to 270 °C during processing, but not exceeding 290 °C.
