HydroBlok® sealer is a waterborne, non-flammable, silicate penetrating solution it is specifically designed as a concrete sealer/densifier for stopping moisture migration or major seepage of blocks, concrete decks slabs, walls, driveways, foundations or old porous concrete. HydroBlok® is produced specifically for sealing heavyweight CMU (concrete masonry units). This is a user friendly product that will seal CMU structures under the most difficult conditions and leave the concrete blocks paint-able if desired. This spray on product is designed for new or old heavyweight CMU structures and will seal your blocks easily and effectively.

They are specifically designed as a concrete hardener and the stopping of moisture migration or major seepage of concrete decks, slabs, walls, driveways and foundations. Two (2) applications minimum required.

Poly Masonry Sealer

Poly Masonry Sealer M-2O Plus is a water based, non-flammable polysiloxane penetrating sealer. It is developed specially for the treatment of masonry, brick and clay substrate for the purpose of providing waterproofing and repellency. Poly Masonry Sealer M-2O Plus provides superior long-term performance and protection against physical and structural defamation or deterioration due to the effects of humidity and or contact with moisture or exposure to the elements. In addition, it is also resistant to acids and highly alkaline compounds. Poly Masonry Sealer M-2O Plus is designed strictly for glazed masonry.

Poly Masonry Sealer M-20 is a high tech, molecular, waterborne penetrating polysiloxane sealer made specifically for Clay Masonry building faces, floors, walks and other structures to protect against damage due to water penetration. Poly Masonry Sealer M-20 provides long lasting protection against efflorescence (alkali salts and lime leaching), staining due to atmospheric carbons, algae, mildew, rust, salts, chloride penetration, corrosion, acid rain, dampness, and other water related damage. Poly Masonry Sealer M-20 will shed or bead water from all clay products. Poly Masonry Sealer M-2O is VOC compliant.

HomeSeal®

Poly Top Seal CSx-20 is a unique waterborne, non-flammable polysiloxane/teflon penetrating sealer. It is specifically engineered for the treatment of parking decks, bulk storage facilities, truck and rail shops, maintenance areas, veterinary clinics, animal kennels or area's that must have easy ice removal. Poly Top Seal CSx-20 will protect against moisture intrusion as well as oils, chlorines, grease and a variety of acids and solvents (not MEK). Poly Top Seal CSx-20 is a penetrating system that is not susceptible to U.V. degradation.

Poly Top Seal CS-20 is a water-based, non flammable polysiloxane sealer. It is specifically engineered for the treatment of vertical or horizontal concrete substrate for the purpose of providing waterproofing and repellency capability. Poly Top Seal CS-20 provides superior long-term performance and protection against physical and structural defamation or deterioration due to the effects of humidity and or contact with moisture or exposure to the elements. In addition it is also resistant to acids and highly alkaline compounds. CS-20 is designed for use on smooth concrete that is older than 25 years of age and/or exterior applications.

In addition it is also resistant to acids and highly alkaline compounds. CS-20 PLUS is designed for use on smooth concrete that is younger than 25 years of age and/or interior applications.
