Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Akulon® F150-CZ is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that serves as a resin with several noteworthy features, including being food contact-acceptable, having a high viscosity, being lightweight, lubricating, and being UL flame-rated. It is utilized in markets such as automotive, transportation, and industrial applications. Some common end uses include door panels and flooring components.

Akulon® F130-C2 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that functions as a resin that is suitable for food contact applications and is also lubricated. It possesses medium viscosity and is commonly applied in the food and beverage packaging industry. This versatile material is used for various end applications, including biaxially oriented film, film, and cast films.

Akulon® F132-E1 CRC-MB is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that functions as a resin with features that include being food contact acceptable, having both high and medium viscosity, and having lubrication properties. It finds application in the printing and packaging markets, catering to various packaging needs and requirements.

Stanyl® TW441 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. Suitable processing technologies for the product are extrusion and injection molding. Special features include heat stabilization.

As a result, it is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical, electronics, and consumer goods applications. Processing technology includes extrusion and injection molding, with special features such as high viscosity.

Akulon® F-X9190 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that functions as a resin with notable characteristics such as being lightweight, having low and medium viscosity, and carrying a UL flame rating. This versatile material finds extensive use in the automotive and transportation industries, specifically for both exterior and interior applications.

Arnitel® PL380 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) known for its combination of flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, complemented by excellent processing characteristics. In industries such as automotive and E&amp;E, Arnitel® PL380 is gaining popularity as a more sustainable and efficient alternative to traditional rubbers, leading to reduced environmental impact and lower system costs. This material can be processed using injection molding technology and meets the requirements for food contact quality, making it suitable for various applications.
