For industrial, commercial and residential use on surfaces of concrete, masonry, stucco, wood and Metal (except aluminum, copper & other soft metals). On roofs, walls, slabs, porches, basement walls and sidewalks. For homes, condominiums, apartments, warehouses, commercial buildings and factories.
- Job Limitations
Apply in good weather when air and surface temperature are above 45 degrees F and surface Temperature is at least 5 degrees F above the Dew Point. For optimum application properties, Materials should be between 50-75 degrees F prior to application. Maintain unused material in closed containers in protected storage at 40-75 degrees F. This material does not have a shelf life. Use immediately. DO NOT STORE IN STRONG SUNLIGHT. Always TEST a small area first to determine how long you may leave the product on the surface.

Surface Preparation And Application Instructions
- All surfaces should first be cleaned with ENVIRO CLEAN DEGREASER.
- Always test any surfaces before using this product. NOTE: Algae & mildew can discolor some painted surfaces. After algae & mildew disappears, paint may have a variation in color.
- Spray, brush or roll ALGAE/MILDEW CLEANER onto surface.
- When algae and mildew disappear rinse thoroughly.
- Allow to dry and apply TROJAN MASONRY SEALER to concrete is help keep algae & mildew from returning. WHEN SPRAYING, WEAR GOGGLES, GLOVES AND COVERING ON HAIR. THIS PRODUCT MAY DISCOLOR CLOTHING. WEAR OLD CLOTHES. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN! This product is considered corrosive.
