For industrial, commercial and residential use on sidewalks, driveways, patios, pool decks, pavers, buildings, patios, and walls.
- Job Limitations
Apply in good weather when air and surface temperatures are above 45 degrees F. and surface Temperature is at least 5 degrees F above the Dew Point. For optimum application properties, Materials should be between 70-100 degrees F. prior to application. Maintain unused material In closed containers in protected storage at 40-100 degrees F. Wear gloves and goggles for personal protection. DO NOT STORE IN STRONG SUNLIGHT. Always TEST a small area first to determine how long you may leave the product on the surface. For Exterior use only. This product is considered corrosive.
- Application
Surface preparation and application instructions.
- If oil/grease is present then first clean surface with ENVIRO-CLEAN CLEANER/DEGREASER.
- Rinse with water. Let dry. Water all grass and shrubs near the area well before starting.
- Spray on EASY BRICK CLEANER. Let stand for approximately 3-5 minutes.
- Scrub any stubborn stains with stiff bristle brush.
- Pressure-wash off with min. 3000 psi. Rinse with plenty of water.
- Apply TROJAN MASONRY SEALER to protect the surface. Note: use gloves and goggles - keep from getting into eyes.
