Troy believes enzymes were the catalysts that provided the energy and fueled the recuperation making his 25-year successful climbing career free of both sickness and injury.

Enzymology Research Center Phytase (Aspergillus niger) is a food grade enzyme derived from the fermentation of a selected Non-GMO strain of Aspergillus niger. It is used to hydrolyze (break down) phosphate residues from phytic acid (phytate).

Enzymology Research Center Amyloglucosidase (Aspergillus niger) is a highly active fungal amylase preparation derived from a selected Non-GMO strain of Aspergillus niger. The enzyme can hyrolyze the alpha-D-1,6 branch points and alpha-D-1,4 glycosidic linkages.

Enzymology Research Center Lipase Fungal (Aspergillus niger) - Japan is an enzyme capable of hydrolyzing fats and oils, typically used in dietary supplements, which is suitable for other food grade applications. It is derived from the fermentation from a selected Non-GMO strain of Aspergillus niger.

Enzymology Research Center Lactase (Aspergillus oryzae) - Japan is a B-galactosidase produced by the controlled fermentation of a Non-GMO strain ot Aspergillus oryzae. The lactose hydrolyzes the B-1,4-glycosidic bonds in lactose; releasing an equal molar mixture of glucose and galactose. The food grade powder contains no chemical preservatives.

Amylase Bacterial (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) Is a highly active bacterial alpha amylase preparation derived from a selected Non-GMO strain of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The enzyme randomly hydrolyzes the alpha-D-1,4 glycosidic linkages of starch.

Enzymology Research Center Peptidase DPP IV (Aspergillus oryzae) is a food grade proteolytic enzyme preparation produced by Aspergillus oryzae fermentation under current GMP. Peptidase has high dipeptidyl-aminopeptidase activity in contrast to other fungal proteinase preparations. Peptidase also has high proteinase activity, and with this proteolytic combination system, it is possible to hydrolyze various proteins to high levels.

Enzymology Research Center Peptidase (Aspergillus oryzae) is a food grade proteolytic enzyme preperation produced by Aspergillus oryzae fermentation under current GMP. Peptidase has high peptidase activity in contrast to other fungal proteinase preparations. Peptidase also has high proteinase activity, and with this proteolytic combination system, it is possible to hydrolyze various proteins to high levels. DPP-IV activity is present but currently not assayed.
