EPColor TM ColorDispersible (CD) is a color solution system provided by EPC. It extends the application areas of water soluble colors, and also improves the performance of natural colors in terms of stability, dispersivity, homogeneity, bleeding, et al. With the help of ColorDispersible technology, manufacturer would have wider choices when coloring fat/solid matrix, such as cookie, cream and confectionery. Due to improved stability originated from CD, replacing carmine with anthocyanins becomes possible.
