Safe-T-Grip® 2:1 is a two-component, 100% solids epoxy hybrid/amine cured polymer designed for use with aggregate as a tough, durable, skid resistant, high friction bonded overlay. Safe-T-Grip® 2:1 is a system comprised of Safe-T-Grip® 2:1 liquid and the custom color aggregate manufactured by Epoplex. Safe-T-Grip® 2:1 liquid is a two-component, 100% solids epoxy hybrid/amine cured polymer formulated to provide a simple volumetric mixing ratio of two volumes of Component A (epoxy hybrid) to one volume of Component B (amine). Safe-T-Grip® 2:1 is designed for use with custom color aggregate, granite and/or calcined bauxite.

Safe-T-Grip® 2:1 may be applied to concrete and asphalt as a longlasting thin overlay to provide a skid resistant high friction surface in wet and dry weather conditions. Epoplex Safe-T-Grip® 2:1 aggregate is available in a variety of colors. Uses include areas designated for HFST, ramps, intersections, specialty lanes, school zones, cross walks, etc. Safe-T-Grip® 2:1 is not recommended for use over polymeric or magnesium phosphate patching materials.

Storage Conditions

Store both components of Safe-T-Grip® 2:1 in a dry area. Avoid excessive heat and do not freeze. The shelf life is two years in the original unopened container.
