CPP™ is a two-component moisture insensitive, 100% solids, high strength and reinforced structural-grade epoxy. CPP is truly versatile and can be used as an adhesive, patching filler, and as a high-build, stand-alone protective liner. The material can be applied as thin as a skim-coat and up to 1/2" per pass (vertical/overhead). Blended with reinforcing agents and various fibers, the Epoxytec CPP when cured acts as a fiber-reinforced- polymer (FRP) with high strength mechanical properties. Contains no solvents (no VOCs). CPP bonds to concrete, steel, wood, brick, some plastics and most construction materials.

A1 Primecoat is a surface tolerant, two-component, multi-purpose primer (barrier coat). Formulated for high film build and long-term protection from salt/fresh water, as well as a wide variety of chemical exposures. Exceptional corrosion protection with advanced rust inhibitors. Excellent adhesion to tight rust. Fine adhesion to damp surfaces. Ideal for maintenance painting and fabrication shop applications. The high solids content ensures adequate protection of sharp edges, corners, and welds.

B1 Primecoat is designed as a high-performance sealer and coating formulated for concrete. B1 Primecoat™ is supplied in a convenient one-to-one mix ratio. B1 Primecoat™ is capable of penetrating and filling the porous structure of concrete in order to provide an effective subsurface barrier to prevent moisture migration, out-gassing, and chemical penetration. Epoxytec B1 Primecoat™ exhibits highly penetrating properties which provide porous filling and strengthening of the top concrete layer to form a sufficiently strong base for subsequent top coats.

45 Primecoat is a single-component epoxy primer formulated to provide a base coat prior to coating concrete, steel and other substrates. Provides an excellent cross-link with added adhesion. Formulated to assist in the adhesion of coating applications, adhesives, and other epoxies; particularly improves the adhesion of urethane materials as well. Being in the epoxide family, as a penetrating and thin-mil surface sealant, it also performs as base protection for chemical resistance and extended water immersion.

Mortartec Cermaico is a next-generation, epoxy-modified mortar. A highly advanced, formulated epoxy blend incorporating cutting-edge waterborne epoxide technology with proprietary engineered curing; combined with a specific balance of Portland cement, hardened ceramics, graded silica aggregate, synthetic fibers and silica fume to produce one of the most coveted mortars in the industrial market today. This results in a smooth mortar application with one of the hardest mortar surfaces in the industry once cured. The Mortartec Ceramico is industrial-grade and exhibits excellent performance properties unlike any mortar technology before it, with incredible adhesive properties, enhanced barrier sealing capabilities assisting with minimizing out-gassing and moisture vapor transmission (MVT).

Mortartec Silicate™ is an industrial-grade blend of Portland cement, graded silica sand, fibers and silica fume. The mortar may be hand or spray applied, typically from ½” to 2” in depth. Uses include repairing concrete walls, ceilings, lining brick or concrete infrastructure, etc. Mortartec Silicate provides an extremely dense matrix and will accept coatings at earlier ages than typical Portland cement repair products.

Uroflex is a unique, two-component, 100% solid urethane-modified-epoxy (UME) and cycloaliphatic cured coating and lining system. Uroflex is a high-build, self-leveling coating system incorporating a high degree of flexural modulus. Adheres impressively well to concrete and steel. Uroflex is applicator friendly and easy to apply; conveniently produced in a one-to-one mix ratio by volume. Uroflex is “green” formulated, environmentally friendly, 100% solid (no VOCs, no solvent).
