Characteristics: Control reologhy Impact block copolymer polypropylene; excellent impact/stiffness balance; consistent processability lot to lot; high process speed and easy removal of the molded pieces; good superficial gloss; moderately narrow molecular weight distribution; with mold release and antistatic additive. Recommended for: Extrusion compression molding or injection molding processes of closures for carbonated beverages or not, where high stiffness and impact resistance is necessary (warm or cold environmental); housewares; injection molding general purpose applications.

Characteristics: Control reologhy high melt flow rate narrow molecular weight distribution Homopolymer polypropylene, lot to lot consistency, with special additives package and high cleanness, to get stable spinning processability in low denier fiber at high speed, good gas fading resistant. Recommended for: Fabrication of Non woven fabrics by high speed Spunbond process, melt spinning of low denier fibers, extrusion coating of raffia woven fabrics, general purpose injection molding applications.

ESENTTIA® 12R88A by Esenttia is comprised of Polypropylene Random Copolymer. It is commonly used It is available in Granules form.

Characteristics: Homopolymer polypropylene with high cleanness and stable processability, excellent gage control, easy stretching and orientation, low water carry-over. Recommended for: Raffia Tapes for woven fabrics where high tenacity and strength are required, ropes, cords, industrial bags, carpet backing, big bags, general purpose extrusion and injection molding applications.

ESENTTIA® 16C12NA by Esenttia is comprised of Polypropylene Impact Copolymer. It is commonly used It is available in Granules form.

ESENTTIA® 16C12NA

Characteristics: High crystallinity homopolymer polypropylene with excellent mechanical properties and color, stable processability, antistatic and nucleant additives. Recommended for: Manufacture of thermoformed containers (tubs), yogurt containers and packaging and high rigidity disposable dishes, injection appliances, hot filling, and also for extrusion and injection of general purpose items where require these features.

ESENTTIA® 03H82NA-TAR

Characteristics: Homopolymer polypropylene with high stiffness and cleanness with excellent optical properties. Recommended for: Non oriented films with high clarity and stiffness, twist films and films for metallization, general purpose injection molding applications.

ESENTTIA® 08H33

Characteristics: Medium melt flow rate Homopolymer polypropylene with high stiffness. Recommended for: Injection molding of rigid articles, closures, furniture, general purpose injection molding applications.
