Eurocas Raspberry fruit filling

Our Fruit Fillings are bake stable and have a high fruit content. The standard for our range is 50% fruit content, except the Apple Filling which has 85% fruit content. On request, we can also provide various other fruit percentages according to customer requirements.Raspberry fruit filling has a wide range of applications in pastry and confectionery products.
