    Product Information
    PVC (Poly-Vinyl-Chloride) is a versatile and easy to process polymer, available in three versions (plastified, rigid and semi-rigid) different for flexibility and properties.
     
    Eurocompound produces PVC both for extrusion and injection molding and, in order to satisfy specific production's needs, can provide PVC directly added/compounded with other polymers (i.e. NBR, TPU, EVA) as well as in the following versions: flame retardantanti-UV, anti-ozone, chemical agents resistant, metal-free, transparent and/or foaming.
    Main features
    • Hardness from 40 ShA to 70 ShD
    • Specific gravity from 0,4 g/cc to 1,70 g/cc
    • Temperature of service: from -55°C to 105°C
    • Good resistance to chemical agents (hydrocarbon, petrol, oil, grease, etc)
    • Colourable and available already colored
    • Transformation process: suitable both for extrusion and injection molding
    • Completely recyclable and reprocessable
    • Storage: the product should be stored in a covered area and kept away from moisture and heat
