ESNALUBE

Everlube® 812 is a thermally-cured, MoS2 based solid film lubricant with a sodium silicate binder system. This coating is specifically designed to provide lubrication in higher temperature applications. Everlube® 812 provides a low coefficient of friction and good wear life, even at elevated temperatures.

EVERLUBE® 812

Everlube® 853 is a water-based, thermally-cured high temperature anti-gallant lubricant containing graphite with an inorganic binder. Everlube® 853 is designed to lubricate under high temperatures in aviation and propulsion applications. It is ideally suited for fasteners to provide enhanced torque-tension properties and also provides good durability for severe industrial environments. This product does not contain molybdenum disulfide, lead, heavy metals or antimony compounds.

EVERLUBE® 853

Everlube® 811 is a low VOC, thermally cured, MoS2/Graphite based solid film lubricant which utilizes a silicate binder system. This coating provides excellent thermal stability, very good chemical resistance, is lead free, and performs best in higher load carrying applications. Everlube® 811 is approved/qualified to many aerospace and industrial specification.

EVERLUBE® 811

Everlube® 858 is a Graphite Blend based solid film lubricant with a phosphate binder system. Everlube® 858 provides excellent thermal stability, and Silver replacement.

EVERLUBE® 858

Everlube® 9005 is a MoS2 based solid film lubricant with an epoxy binder system. Everlube® 9005 is Lead &amp; Antimony free.

EVERLUBE® 9005

Everlube® 9502 is a PTFE/MoS2 based solid film lubricant with an epoxy binder system. Everlube® 9502 is used for Fastener applications.

EVERLUBE® 9502

Esnalube® 382 is a low VOC, thermally cured, MoS2 based solid film lubricant with a silicate binder system. This coating is designed to provide anti-seize and anti-galling properties in fastener related applications. Esnalube® 382 also provides an extremely low coefficient of friction, very good chemical resistance properties and performs best over a wide range of loads. Specifications for Esnalube® 382 is approved/qualified to many aerospace and industrial specification.

This coating provides excellent abrasion resistance, very good chemical resistance, good wear life, and performs best in higher load carrying applications. Everlube® 9001 is approved/qualified to many aerospace and industrial specification.

This coating provides excellent wear life, abrasion resistance, good chemical resistance, and performs the best in higher load carrying applications.
