Excel-Thane “MCU-400” is CLEAR polyurethane sealers for decorative concrete that are moisture cured, abrasion resistant, and stain resistant. Its foundation is an aliphatic (non-yellowing) isocyanate with a polyester backbone. When cured, Excel-Thane “MCU-400" is a CLEAR with a high gloss finish.

Excel-Coat #300 is specifically designed to provide a color top coat for interior or exterior pedestrian traffic areas such as walking decks, balconies, patios, stairways, and pool areas. Existing Excel-Coat waterproofing systems, as well as other waterproofing membranes and concrete walking surfaces, are all suitable substrates for the Excel-Coat #300. Excel-Coat #300 provides long-lasting protection, is UV stable, and allows for simple surface maintenance.

Excel-Poxy 128 is a two-component, pigmented epoxy top and seal coating that is 100% solids. Used on industrial floors and in conjunction with the Garage Floor Vinyl Chip system.

Excel-Coat Primer 120-CA is designed to prepare new and existing surfaces for the application of Excellent Coatings acrylic waterproofing and decorative coating systems. Each kit is packaged in the proper mix ratio and is ready for mixing and use. In California, a new VOC-compliant formula (Primer 120-CA) is now available.
