Expanded Polymer Systems was founded as ‘Expanded Incorporation,’ in 1983, and our offices were then located at Nandkishore Industrial Estate on Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri. Currently, our production facilities are located in the Pawne Industrial Area, just 25 km from Mumbai city. We have a second, much larger production & bulk storage facility in Dahej (a port in Gujarat), 40 km from Bharuch, on the Mumbai-Delhi corridor.

EXAFLEX 6028 is a propylene oxide and ethylene oxide based trifunctional polyol. The calibrated amount of ethylene oxide with high primary end groups gives extra reactivity with isocynates allowing it to be used for one shot HR molded foam using high pressure as well as low pressure machines. The HR molded foam using EXAFLEX 6028 are characterized by high resiliency and good surface properties and good elasticity.

EXAPOL SU 490 B is sucrose - glycerin based polyether polyol of moderate functionality and medium viscosity.

EXAPOL SU 461 B is high functionality sucrose – glycerin based polyether polyol. Due to it’s high viscosity, it can be formulated to give very one cell structure rigid polyurethane foam of higher compressive strength. It is designed to give improved cyclopentane solubility.

EXACOL PD 360 is a tetrafunctional polyether polyol of low hydroxyl value and very low viscosity. It is used in applications where high liquid _x001f_ow is desired.

Exapol Sor 445 N is sorbitol based polyether polyol of high functionality but medium viscosity. It is also shows better cyclopentane solubility.

EXAFLEX 3548 is a propylene oxide and ethylene oxide based trifunctional polyol. It is made to be used to produce flexible PU slabstock foam on continuous line as well as on batch block. It is designed to provide a better bounce and processibility compared to 3000 MW polyols.

EXAFLEX 4835 is a propylene oxide and ethylene oxide based trifunctional polyol with high primary hydroxyl contain. The calibrated amount of ethylene oxide allows wider processing tolerances and thus ease in manufacturing on continuous slabstock line.
