EXAFLEX 6028 is mainly recommended for cold cure molded formulations. The high resiliency molded foam manufactured using EXAFELX 6028 shows very good bounce and thus _x001f_ne suitability in car , two wheeler and high quality furniture seating. It can also be used for integral skin foam to get thicker skin in applications like steering wheels, arm rest etc.

EXAFLEX 6028 is physiologically harmless.
This product is not particularly dangerous for health. In any case is suggested to observe following precautions:-
- To wear appropriate protection for body and eyes
- The working room must be ventilated
- In case of contact with skin or eyes to wash accurately with clean water and if sprayed on eyes ask for medical intervention.
- To absorb eventual losses with sand or sawdust.
Polyurethanes produced from this product may present a _x001f_re hazard in certain applications if exposed to _x001f_re and/or excessive heat and oxygen, e.g., welding and cutting torches.

EXAFLEX 6028 is slightly hygroscopic and should therefore be stored under cool and dry conditions at 25 – 35 °C. Even under these conditions EXAFLEX 6028 absorbs small quantities of atmospheric moisture. Partially used drums should be properly resealed before keeping for extended storage.

Shelf life under speci_x001f_ed storage conditions is 6 months.
